FOX SNARED IN SUNDERLAND
A second dead fox has been found in Sunderland. A fox killed in a home made snare was found in the same area as an animal that had been killed and mutilated the day before (now known to be a fox).
RSPCA inspector, Michelle Charlton said: 'We would urge anyone with information about who is targeting Sunderland's wildlife in such a cruel and vicious manner to call either the police or RSPCA on 0300 1234 999'.
